Four Season Vacation Rental. Secluded Vermont Cape on 11 private acres. Walk to crystal clear Lake Seymour. Snowmobile trail access from house - Vast Trail 105. Ski Jay or Burke approximately 30 minutes away. Plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers, boats. House has a comfortable open floor plan - gorgeous fieldstone fireplace, hardwood floors, large stocked kitchen, wood stove, indoor grill. Large Master Bedroom with private bath. Linens, towels and beach towels provided. Four bedrooms, two have queens (one with a new Select Comfort Mattress, other with new Pillow Top), one has a full and twin, and the other has two twins. Basement has game table, shelving and storage for snowmobile clothing, and washer and dryer. Satellite tv in the living room as well as an assortment of movies. There is a barbecue grill and picnic table for outdoor entertaining in the large private yard.

The Northeast Kingdom is a great place to getaway any time of the year. The Summer offers clear lakes for swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing or just relaxing in the sun or shade. There is a restaurant and grocery store within walking distance that offers pizza, dinners sandwiches and most things you will need. There are several golf courses within driving distance. Twenty miles North you can cross the border into Quebec. Fall foliage arrives about mid-September at Seymour. There is a hiking trail system available at Lake Willoughby and Jay Peak. Bike around Seymour Lake. Fall also brings great hunting in the area. There are ATV trails nearby for four wheeling. Winter offers a wide range of activities. Bring your snowmobile or rent one and travel on hundreds of miles of groomed trails. You can sled in the yard or bring your ice skates - for nearby rinks. Ski on some of the best mountains in Vermont Jay or Burke approximately 30 minutes away.

Rented this house Feb 28th - March 6th, it was perfect. The location is great, the house is immaculate, and fully equipped. Very spacious and very private location. Snowmobiled every day right from house on Vermonts finest trails. I cant say enough about this house, The owners are wonderful people, overall the best property that I have ever stayed at.

Great Summer Vacation

We had a great two weeks in this home. It was one of the nicest we have stayed in. It is great for families. The lake is crystal clear and the view is amazing. We enjoyed nights star watching around the campfire and the kids took a dip in the stream.

We throughly enjoyed this home. The location is great and the trails were fantastic. We saw many deer and one moose.
