This gorgeous new home was just completed in January 2008 and is located in Naples most sought-after luxury community - The Lely Resort Golf and Country Club. Just minutes from beautiful beaches, Fifth Avenue shops, Naples Pier, Marco Island, and numerous fine dining establishments. This beautiful 2,000 square foot home is not a typical rental property. It is the owners’ vacation home, which is shared with renters on a limited basis. Home features travertine marble stone floors in all areas but the three carpeted bedrooms and is elegantly furnished in an open floor plan.
