Beautifully landscaped, secluded lakehouse on 4.5 acres. Outside, stroll down the hill across the street(aprox 300ft) to your own private dock, swim platform and boat mooring, or enjoy the private hot tub and dry sauna adjacent to the house! Inside, enjoy a charming Maine rustic home with hardwood floors and knotty pine paneling throughout. Features include two fireplaces, a sun porch, and a large screened-in front porch perfect for a summer meal or nap. A large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen is great for family meals. Living room has TV, DVD/VCR & stereo and comfy furniture. Plenty of parking. Pets welcome! Androscoggin Lake, 25 mins from Lewiston or 30 mins from Augusta features great fishing, boating, swimming and a windsurfing school. Two of Maine's best golf courses within 20 mins. One hour drive to Portland or Boothbay area.

This Leeds, ME home is great for a family vacation or small reunion. The 8 square mile Androscoggin Lake has some of the best bass fishing around. It's also ideal for boating. We provide 2 canoes and 2 kayaks with plenty of life jackets or bring along your own power boat on our mooring. All kinds of wild life can be seen including loon, blue herons, moose and even bald eagles. There are very few neighbors close by, making it very private. The towns of Wayne, Turner, Winthrop are close by with restaurants and shops. Monmouth has a great summer theater. Sunday River Resort(Bethel) is also close by with world class golfing. Or just lay back in the hammock or play horseshoes. There's also plenty of games, books, and DVD's. We call it Lakewood and it's all about fun and relaxation!

Great house...very private

House was cozy and fantastic...full of anything we could possibly need....and nice and clean...had a blast at the lake ...swimming..canoeing...Kayaking...say lots of beautiful birds...quite the little hike to and from the water...but the hot tub made up for that....
