Bonefish Bay is a private gated community of only 12 homes sitting on 350 feet of shoreline and 5 acres. The Snook House sits just 50 feet to the sandy beach, boat basin, fishing pier, and glorious open waters. The Snook House is a two-story 'Key West' style home with 3,000 square feet of interior space, plus 500 square feet of verandas, plus a 400 square foot garage. This home features 4 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms, with each bedroom being its own private suite. One of the bedrooms is a separate guest wing, with a private entrance for the in-laws or babysitter. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining with its large island, Viking appliances, wine fridge and open feel to the living room. Beautifully detailed with the finest furnishings, hand-framed 10' ceilings, 8' French doors, tropical wood flooring. Sit back and relax outside with spacious and shady verandas, Chicago brick pool deck, heated swimming pool and hot tub, all while overlooking the beach and Bay.

My family stayed in the house for 2 weeks and could have stayed longer!!
I have 3 boys that ages 13-19 and they loved everything about the property.
I enjoyed the ease of the house and it's location.
We would highly recommend this property.
