Charming, immaculate, modern home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a very peaceful neighborhood. About 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and all the shopping, golfing, restaurants, casinos and bars that the city has to offer. Approximately 2000 square feet, spacious living area with an open flow to a modern kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel high-end appliances. Two bedrooms and two baths. There is a private and serene back yard area featuring a pool and a SPA. This house is very private and nicely landscaped - perfect for children, pets, and stargazers. The house features a bonus family/game room available as a 3rd sleeping area with laundry room, complete with washer and dryer. This is the perfect and affordable home away from home!
