This gorgeous, cozy 2 bedroom waterfront condo/townhome backs to Salt Pond. Great for a family or couple getaway. Sleeps 6 people and offers plenty of space to unwind. Use of 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. Located in quiet, wooded Villas of Bethany West community. Use of community pool and tennis courts included. Master bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. Room has a TV and VCR. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and full-size futon with views of beautiful Salt Pond. Full size guest bathroom. Roomy living/dining room area-perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. TV/VCR/DVD, sleep sofa, fireplace and bar area in living room. Full kitchen with microwave, D/W and W/D. Back patio with charcoal grill and outside shower. Enjoy meals overlooking gorgeous Salt Pond. Located approx. 1 mile from downtown Bethany Beach (20 minute walk, 10 min bike ride, take the trolleybus, or drive and park using resident parking permit). Great birding opportunities just outside the back door.

Residents will have access to 2 ocean kayaks and 2 bikes, as well as use of community pool and tennis courts.

We had a great stay at this Bethany Bay rental. The description of the condo was accurate; we found it to be well maintained and spacious for the four of us. The kids loved all there was to do right in the Bethany Bay community - swimming, basketball, etc. We loved the little town of Bethany Beach and exploring the many nearby beaches. It is also a quick drive to Rehoboth for dinner or the boardwalk. I would highly recommend this rental for a couple or family.

Bethany Beach Waterfront REntal

The condo was very clean, neat and well kept. Description was accurate and amenities were as described. The owner was timely in their response and follow-thru and provided good customer service. There were some maintenance issues with the back deck and outdoor shower that will require some repair work, but deck was still useable. Both bathrooms were located on the second floor which may cause some difficulty with elderly and handicapped accessibiity. The kayaks and bicycles were an added bonus and we appreciated the fact that we did not have to do a complete house clean the day of departure as a cleaning service is provided in the cost of the rental. Location is within driving distance of the beach and walking distance of the community pool and local restaurants. Route 26 is extremely busy and there is some difficulty pulling out of the complex due to heavy traffic flow at times.
Over all the rental is a good value and we would definitely consider staying there again and recommending it to others.
