Additional information about rental rates

  • PayPal to kabraddy@bellsouth.net, money order or certified check payments accepted.
  • $120 per weekend night - Friday and Saturday, $100 per weekday night, minimum 2 night rental.

    Weekly rental for a minimum of 6 nights is $600.

    PayPal to kabraddy@bellsouth.net, money order or certified check payments accepted. An advanced deposit of $120 is required to secure the reservation. The advanced deposit will be applied toward the rental. The balance of rent is due fourteen days prior to the arrival date.

    A damage deposit of $150 is required at the same time the balance of rent is due, fourteen days before the arrival date. The deposit is not applied towards rent; however it is fully refundable within fourteen days of departure, provided the 'No Damage' provisions are met. See the contract for details.

    Pets are permitted with a $10 per day pet surcharge.

    If renting for less than 2 nights add $40 cleaning fee.

Notes: Off Street Parking: Parking is available up the driveway, behind the cabin. fits up to 3 cars/trucks. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: There is a cleared area next to the shed which has room for a trailer, trailered boat, trailered ATV's, trailered motorcycles. It is just over 1000 feet in depth. Fits a single axle motorcycle trailer nicely.. Living room fireplace is gas. Must be placed in 'pilot' position upon departure. Deck has a propane grill and shed has a wood smoker. Flagstone fire pit in front yard but must obey fire bans if in place during stay. Cabin has electric heat which must be left on '1' upon departure. Kitchen sink has garbage disposal but need to limit food into septic tanks - scrape food into trash. Remove trash upon departure. No garbage service on mountain.

Great Stay in the Mountains

My wife, dog, and I recently (11/08) spent 4 nights in this very nice cabin. The pictures and descriptions are accurate and the owner is very helpful. The location is convenient to area outdoor attractions and local towns. We chose to mostly eat in at the cabin and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are nice easy walking trails around the cabin. We really felt like we were staying in the home of a friend rather than renting a cabin.
Owner's Response: Super great renters! I was so glad that it worked out for this nice couple and their dog to be able to relax for a couple of days in our beautiful North Georgia mountains. Thank goodness "Serenity Now!" lived up to it's name! I hope you consider it the next time you are in need of a little R and R!!
