The property is located in Sardinia's north eastern coast most spectacular and desirable spot, literally in front of the islands of Tavolara and Molara national park. Right above the famous rock of 'la tartaruga' [the turtle]. The house is one of the first built in that area, it has since then been remodeled and renovated, still retaining its pristine charm and 360 degree open view. To reach the house from the closest village of Monte Petrosu, which has restaurants and markets, you need to drive 2 kilometers on a dirt road and through a private gate , once there you are in true paradise. It is a private community with private beaches. The closest beach is underneath the house only 2 minute walk which takes you to unspoiled white sandy beaches and nature's phenomenal sculpted granite coves.
