This historic Former School house can sleep 20-22, has indoor gym, large 35 X 22 gathering room with extra large eating area and game room area. New hot tub for 8-10 adults, exercise room with flat screen Samsong TV. Large ballroom with sectional couch could be setup for small weddings or rehearsal dinners. GREAT FOR NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL WEEKENDS. Property is secluded on 4 acres south of Mishawaka just 2 minutes from US 20 bypass on SR 331.

WONDERFUL! Absolutely LOVED our stay here!!

17 members of our twirl team stayed a week here in July 2009. Everything about the place was fantastic! We had a few minor issues which Mindy (she & her husband are the caretakers) addressed immediately and had them resolved within 30 minutes. The place is absolutely charming and has such great character. The rooms are generously proportioned and comfortable. The beds and bedding were very comfy and clean. There were more than enough bathrooms to meet all our needs. Even when the whole team was there there was enough room to get away and still feel isolated/undisturbed. The grounds are huge and well maintained. Parking was abundant, the location was great. Could go on and on... We were that happy with our stay! Hopefully we'll be staying there next year also! So looking forward to going back!!

Great time at The Fulmer House

We rented the Fulmer House for our college friends for a few days before and after our son's wedding. We had a great time. The house is living history as it is a former school. The house has a large room downstairs that we used for our rehearsal dinner.
The house is not glamorous, but it is pretty, comfortable and well maintained. We had 17 people sleeping in the house for several nights. There are plenty of bathrooms for a big group of people. The yard is huge and it's a wonderful area to play and sit under the big shade trees.
The basement flooded a year ago and some parts of the lower level smell a bit musty, but the caretakers are working on it. It is a minor problem , and not a reason to not to rent the house.
It's a perfect place to host a family reunion or a wedding. Mindy and Jim who care for the Fulmer House are wonderful and will help in any way you need.
For us, the Fulmer House was magical, and we will always remember the time we spent there with great affection.
