Relax at our wonderful ocean block first floor condo just steps from the beach. Our condo is located at Viking II, 12-50th Street #102, between Coastal Highway and the Atlantic Ocean. Easy access, located on first floor; condo sleeps 8 and features a master bedroom with 1 queen-size bed & a private full bath; 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds; centrally located full bathroom; queen sofa sleeper. Kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with new appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster,coffee pot, blender, all the comforts of home. The living room is comfortably furnished with a touch of cottage hominess & a large screen TV with DVD. Full-size washer & dryer located in condo. Enjoy the air conditioning or open the windows for a wonderful ocean breeze. The outside of the building has been renovated with a new updated look including new windows, storm doors, paint, siding, railings.

Then there is easy access to bayside, just across Coastal Highway, where it is a quieter, slower pace; just right for bird watching; spotting the cute geese families walking around; digging for clams & mussels in the shallow waters; and experiencing absolutely beautiful quiet sunsets over the calm bay.

    All personal linens, toiletries, towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc are not supplied & are the responsibility of renter.
  • Deposit of $300 is required within 5 days of reservation. The deposit includes $100 security deposit that is refundable upon place left a-okay and keys returned. Payment in full must be made 30 days before rental date. If reservation is made within 30 days of stay, full payment must be received within 5 days of reservation. Cancellation policy, if condo is re-rented the time renter reserved, money will be returned. Please inquire with any questions you might have.
