Stop!! Check this out!. The home has 'VALUE' written all over it! Prices reduced on this beautiful Ranch Home @ 1500 sq. ft. Conveniently located on one of the quietest streets in Havasu. It features every upgrade the builder offered. Peek-a-boo lake views in the front and back porches. Only 12 minutes to the lake and boat ramps. Exquisitely furnished with 95% of all amenities brand new! This is my vacation home also, so I did not skimp on furnishings. Completely landscaped with auto drip. This property is truly a 'turn key' experience. Enjoy the professionally painted and decorated great room with 'sunset lighting' that is spectacular at night. My casa is one of only a couple homes for rent in Lake Havasu that offer a true 50ft deep by 16ft wide 'RV Bay'. That's 1300+ sq. ft. of garage space when you count all three bays, all with auto openers. Don't be fooled by 'boat deep' garages that are advertised, several of them taper down half way in. Notes: My casa is one of only a couple homes for rent in Lake Havasu that offer a true 50ft deep by 16ft wide 'RV Bay'. That's 1300+ sq. ft. of garage space when you count all three bays, all with auto openers. Don't be fooled by 'boat deep' garages that are advertised, several of them taper down half way in to where you can only fit a small, narrow boat and they have low ceilings. Sooooo, bring your motorcoach, boat, jet ski's or ATV's and store them in the 'small hangar' complete with ample florescent lighting, epoxy floor, shop vac, tools and supplies for cleaning your 'toys'. Better 'Come Play in Havasu' and park your toys out of the sun!

I stayed at this location 3 months and I would stay there again.
There is no question about my favorite thing about this house...Every time I could I watched the sunset from the front patio while sipping a drink. Communication with the owner and his representative in town was very efficient. Of course I've seen coyotes, road runners, quails and rabbits by the truck load. The house itself is in very good shape and an obvious attention to details has been made. The kitchen is really well furnished with what looks to be new appliances. the king bed in the master bedroom gave me good nights sleep, and the double head shower was awesome. I've had good time
