Lake house is located on the big water of Lake Burton on the east side. Boathouse has an extra stall to park your boat. Large sundeck on top of boathouse to sunbath or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Property includes a beach area for the kids to enjoy the water. Appalachian Trail, Lake Burton Fish Hatchery, LaPrades Marina, Anchorage Marina, and Mocassin Creek State Park are close by. Approximately 30 minutes to Helen, 15 minutes to Clayton or Clarkesville. Several waterfalls and streams near residence. Great area to bike and run.
