This home is located on a short quiet cul-de-sac street away from the hustle and bustle of the island and has direct access to the Marco River and Gulf. It has lush landscaping to add to the the tranquility. It is a great place to come and relax at an unhurried pace. The house is positioned three lots from open water to afford nice views from the lanai. The home has 2300 sq ft under air and a very large lanai with an outdoor dining table for 6. Come and enjoy breakfast or dinner in the open air with relaxing atmosphere and great views. The house flows nicely with all of the entertaining on one side and the sleeping quarters on the other. All of the furnishings are new and updated. The lanai screen house is new as well. A new master bedroom and bath was added in 2000 and the two other baths were renovated with all new fixtures. It has a large fully equipped kitchen unlike most houses of this size. The beaches are a 5-10 minute drive away depending on the beach you pick.

Notes: The home is tastefully decorated with new furniture. The Master Bedroom, at one end of the home, is carpeted for quiet . It has a sleigh bed, large dresser and an armoire with cable TV. There is also an I POD clock radio. The bathroom has a large soaking tub and large walk-in shower. All linens are provided The living room has a sofa, love seat and two chairs. The dining room seats six with glass walls to the lanai. The large kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a family room with a half height wall so you can cook and still be with your guests or keep an eye on the kids. The family room has cable TV, DVD player and internet . The lanai has a dining table for 6 along with lounge chairs and cocktail tables. Paperbacks, CD's games and DVD's are provided for stay at home days. A charcoal barbecue is provided for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs and towels are also provided. There is a large dock to accommodate most boats and kids for fishing. No smoking or pets please.

Great escape to the sunny south

Our family of 4, including two teenage daughters, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The pool and pool area was beautiful, clean and provided sun and shade to satisfy everyone. Very relaxing area for morning coffee, as well as sunset dinners and any time in between. Location was excellent to attractions at Marcos Island. House more than provided everything needed for our stay. The dock was a bonus and allowed us to do some cruising of the waterways. Beautiful spot!

elegant and comfortable

My family of four with two kids ages 4 and 6 had a great time at this villa. We were initially attracted to the home by pictures of its elegant decor and its location. We were not disappointed! Roselynd and her staff made the home warm and inviting. All the descriptions were right on. At anytime we had any questions, things were taken care of promptly. Definitely staying here again if we go back to this area.

A wonderful house in a wonderful location. Extremely well equipped; certainly everything we could want. Lots of wildlife (dolphin, manatee, stingrays) in the dock to watch. Great pool with both covered and uncovered areas for staying cool or staying in the sun. Our family had a wonderful time; the children loved the heated pool. Two thumbs up for this home rental!!
