The 2.5 acre Regal Palms Swimming complex features constantly filtered and temperature controlled waters. There are two pools and a lazy river in the complex; one with zero entry where young children can splash safely and the other a customary pool for your enjoyment. Around the zero entry pool is a lazy river where you can swim against the tide or simply go with the flow and float around. There is also the extremely popular water slide, a constant favorite and, an outdoor hot spa with water jets that will gently massage you. Additional recreational facilities include children's play area, sunbathing terraces, spas, barbecue areas and a poolside tiki bar, music, and supervised children's activities. There is an on site restaurant, sports bar, Internet/Business Center A fantastic conference facilities along with a full day spa including a beauty salon and fitness center.

Largest 4 Bedroom - end unit: Our home is the largest (the 'Bermuda') in Regal Palms. Over 1,800 sq. ft. It has a fully equipped kitchen; including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, utensils. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, one other bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other two bedrooms have two twins each. There are three and a half bathrooms, color TV sets (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms, DVD, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, in-room safe. Towels and bed linen are provided. WE also provide a high chair and portable crib for your use at no additional charge. The Regal Palms Resort is a walled and gated community with around-the-clock security and check-in facilities. The gated community is strictly controlled by electronic key access and the resort is NOT open to the public. All guests at Regal Palms will have unlimited access to the new private club and leisure facilities.

CLOSE TO THE AMAZING POOL COMPLEX: Regal Palms offers a two-and-one-half acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, waterfall, waterslide, jacuzzi, a central island, extensive sun decks, a pool-side tiki bar, and a kid's play area. Regal Palms is known for its excellent pools, lazy river, hot tub and other recreational amenities. Make sure you rent a townhome that is close to these facilities, so you don't have to walk far (or even drive!) to them. Our home is one of the closest, an easy short walk. We just returned from our week stay at Regal Palms. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. There were 7 of us total and we had plenty of space! We were able to give my daughter and husband the king bedroom upstairs and our 3 grandchildren the other 2 upstairs bedrooms which was more than enough space for them. My husband and I were very comfortable with our own bath and queen bedroom downstairs. It was a lot less expensive than we would have paid for 2 rooms in a hotel and we would not have had all the amenities or space the townhouse provided.

We loved the location, it was close and convenient to all the shopping, restaurants, and PARKS. We were running so much in fact, our grandchildren ages 5, 9 and 13 finally requested we stay at our place more so they could play in the resort pool. It was so much fun for them even though we had just been to Blizzard Beach. The 5 year old loved the slide because he could go down it all by himself.

The owners were very helpful and informative. They were always quick to answer emails and phone calls so we felt they would never leave us hanging if we had a problem. We found the resort staff helpful as well. They were always professonal and friendly with any questions we had for them any time of the day or night.

We would highly recommend this resort and unit and plan to come back and stay again ourselves as soon as possible..

Our First Stay Ottawa, Ontario

Our family of 3 stayed for 10 days in August and had a wonderful time. Another family member joined us for 4 days and it was great to have the separate master with ensuite. The place is much bigger than we needed which was great because people could spread out and relax in their own way after long days at Disney - so much better than coming back to one cramped hotel room.

Communication was excellent and immediate whenever we had a question before or during our stay; we appreciated this personal touch.

We were very comfortable in the unit and enjoyed having all of the conveniences of home - especially internet so we could talk to Grandparents on Skype.

The pool was wonderful and we were glad that we had booked a few extra days so we could spend time relaxing and playing at the resort. When I saw the slide online, I didn't think it looked very exciting but in reality, it was a huge attraction for both young and old.

Thanks. We will recommend.

First I would like to say thank you to Mike and Karin... your vacation home was beautiful....We enjoyed every moment there... The property was clean and honestly the pictures on line didn't do it justice.. I would definitely recommend this property to friends. Great time

The unit we stayed in was nice and spacious. The only problem was that the beds were to hard and blankets not comfortable at all. They really need to invest in sheets and blankets. I did not even want to sleep under them. No major problems except with a DVD player and maintance responded to that as well as a blown out bulb really very quickly. THe pool area was lots of fun, people there very nice and helpful it did get a bit crowded over the weekend. My kids had a great time! I would consider staying there again.

Our linens are provided by a service and we have little control over the linens provided. We have found them to be plenty comfortable during our stays, although they are not Egyptian cotton. You are always free to bring you own sheets for that at home comfortable feel. Hope you will stay with us again!

Three Week Stay

We just returned to Vermont after our three week stay at this great townhouse in Regal Palms. We had a wonderful time during our vacation and enjoyed having this spotless, spacious house as our base. Davenport is centrally located to Tampa and Orlando. There are many golf courses within a 30 mile radius, ranging from the very reasonable executive course, Polo Park, to some of the top courses in Florida. Our personal favorite was Green Valley in Clermont. Our only disappointment was that by the time we returned from an afternoon of golf, the pool complex was closed. (they close at dusk at this time of year) It would have been fun to relax in the warm water of the pools in the early evening.

Karin was wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend this "Home Away"! We are already thinking about going back next year.
