This beautiful two-story 2100 square foot vacation property is decorated in a relaxing Southwest style. Downstairs enjoy an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, new furniture, appliances and decor, 16 inch Saltillo tile throughout, with a Center island in the kitchen. Upstairs there is textured Berber carpet and four bedrooms. Beds are upgraded. One King, two Queen, and two twin beds will accommodate a family or small groups. The backyard is a beautiful oasis featuring a Pebble-Tec pool with waterfall and basketball hoop, surrounded by a large adobe Paver patio with Patio cover and a fire pit. Enjoy new patio furniture with dining table, captain chairs, chase lounge and Weber Gas Grill.

The house was spectacular! It was clean and large and had great southwestern furnishings. Truely a gem. The owner was prompt, friendly and very responsive. The neighborhood was great and the house was not far from a major freeway entrance so I was able to commute to my downtown conference easily. We paid the same amount for a four bedroom with pool for a week that I would have paid for a double motel room downtown for 5 days! This made it possible for me to take the family and grandkids with us. The kids had a great time with the pool and we entertained local family outside at a BBQ. They all were enchanted with the whole property. We saved by packing lunches and eating breakfasts at home, plus a few dinners, then were able to splurge at great places like "Rustlers Roost", vist the Grand Canyon and buy boots in Sedona! All in all a great stay. Thanks Tammy and friends!

Great property for a group of people. Very clean nice location very comfortable. MUCH MUCH better than a hotel would definately go back!!
