Very nice appartment, with a great view, very good location. Probably the appartment needs a little more of care, anyway my wife and I had a very good time and the owner is a good and nice person.

Great property felt safe. One pool was green for two days of our stay but there was another one. Sig is very helpful and friendly. Centrally located to major freeways but a car is necessary. Close enough to beaches but not close enough if your goal is to enjoy beach life or night life. Great location for 55+ and friends.

the apartment has a very nice view,cozy,comfortable and the manager is very nice person.
It needs internet.
The building is secure and nice.

Very very pleasant apartment with all amenities from home. Comfort and feasibility of access and local shopping couldn't be better - with a local mall, myriad of family and fine dining restaurants to balcony views to enjoy a nice romantic evening. I would enjoy continued visits.
