This luxurious peaceful development is a 2 bedroom apartment offering scenic views, the complex has an adults and children pool, and is fully managed with 24hr security. The apartment is fully furnished, and all rooms come with air conditioning as the summer temperature averages above 35'. The apartment comes with all modern appliances including satellite TV, DVD player,iron, hair dryer, towels, bed linen etc. This spacious apartment also comes with a large balcony, which over looks the pool. The beach and local amenities is only a 5 minute stroll away from the complex.

Sitting in a bar or restaurant sipping cocktails ... watching the sun slowly set over the sea and mountains is one of the highlights of Calis Beach, often a stunning spectacle. There is a water fun park 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Choose from taking the local bus that runs frequently and takes about 10 minutes or take the water bus service to Fethyie from Calis Beach. This takes you in to the hustle and bustle of Fethiye itself - a lovely town where you can find everything from fantastic fish restaurants, traditional harbour markets to modern supermarkets and quaint old back street bars to lively nightlife.

This apartment located in Calis was an absolute tremendous place to stay in for the two weeks I stayed here. The rooms were cool due to the air conditioning that I can alter to any power and any temp. The balcony was huge and was great to relax on and watch the wildlife pass in front of my eyes. The pool was great and was in it everyday! The beach is about 5 minutes away and watched the world famous Calis sunset nearly every night and was a perfect end to a perfect day. The promenade was great and had a wide variety of restaurants to select from. There is so much to do in this location, but the apartment really made it worth while. Well done and Thank you!! I may just have to come back next year!!!

This apartment is approximately 1hrs drive from Dalaman airport.

It is in a great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach & bars/restaurants.
A further 10-15 minute walk or a quick 2 mins on a Dolmus bus takes you into the more lively part where there are many bars and restaurants to suit everyone’s tastes.

The apartment is well equipped with a DVD player, TV, satellite, air conditioning in every room, plates, cups etc, large dinning table and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool (apartment is on the 2nd floor)

Pool was a great size and well maintained but could have done with more sunbeds as others got up at 8am and put their towels down!!

The only negative I could say about this holiday is the beach as it is very pebberly - hardly any sand!
You could not spend the day sunbathing on the beach; we went to the famous blue lagoon in Olu Deniz for the day and again we were disappointed with the beach as it was still full of stones! It would be best to stick to the pool.

Overall all our party of five had a fantastic time in this apartment and in the resort of Calis and are hoping to return next year!!

Superb Place

This was a very last minute holiday, (one week) but I had done lots of research on the internet, so I had deciced on Calis. On arrival at the airport (early hours of the morning) we were met by our taxi man, 45 mins later we were at the aparts, and met there by a very friendly security man, who showed us to the 1st floor apart. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, an added bonus was balconies to both bedrooms and lounge. The outdoor space was well kept, with a resident tortoise. We found the aparts to be in a good location, close to the beach, 10 min walk to centre - bars, restaurants etc. Even closer to prom bars. We were very independant and found getting around on the Dolmus really easy. We did go at the end of season (last wk Oct) and found things to be quiet, but we were warned of this. We both agreed this was one of the best holidays we have been on, and hopefully will be returning again real soooon!

If it is a peaceful family holiday you are looking for, I couldn’t recommend these apartments more. They are a five-minute leisurely stroll away from the beach & have a wonderful array of sea front restaurants & bars. They cater for all tastes from the blandest British palate to the hot and spicy palate of the East. Some of my favourite evenings were spent sipping cocktails watching the spectacular sunset across the sea... you would be hard pressed to find a better sunset than this one. Activities during the day ranged from sitting by the pool or getting the local bus, which by the way is dirt-cheap and can be hailed down anywhere. The apartment is well equipped with DVD player, TV satellite and air conditioning in every room. For the pool, there were also floats and a lilo - these were wonderful and assisted my daughter to learn to swim! We spent some lovely evenings in, cooking fresh produce purchased from the local markets and eating on the patio over looking the pool.
