  • NO CHARGE FOR CLEANING. NO EXTRA PERSONS FEE. FREE INTERNET. FREE OCEAN AIR WITH EVERY BOOKING.
  • $75 charge payable at check in for 3 parking passes and 6 pool passes
    6% MD state tax and 4.5% Worcester Co. room tax will be added to rental fee
    $68 for renter's insurance
    You must be 25 years of age or older to sign the lease!

    Cancellations
    A request to cancel a reservation must be submitted in writing. If the property is re-rented for the full rental amount, the deposit, less 16% of the gross rent, will be returned to the guest. If the property is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the entire deposit will be forfeited. If guest has not checked in within 24 hours of the check-in date, Agent may cancel the agreement and guest will forfeit all rental monies paid.
  • Making a Reservation:
    Reservations require a one-third confirmation deposit to reserve the property, which includes the rental insurance fee, applicable taxes. A lodging agreement and contract must accompany deposit. Guest must return a signed copy of the Agreement within ten days or we reserve to right to cancel the agreement and re-rent the property. If booking is less than 30 days prior to arrival payment is due in full.

    Balance Due
    The balance of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in date.

    Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the location noted on the lodging agreement. The keys and other pertinent property items will be released to the guest that signed the lodging agreement, providing the rental balance is paid in full. Said guest must also occupy the premises for the duration of the agreement and will be responsible for all occupants of the premises for the duration of the agreement.

MARINA: Sunset Island Marina offers private boat slips with water and electric hookups for Island owners and guests. Slips may be rented daily, weekly or seasonally. Boat slips are available for rent by both owners and Sunset Island guests Boat slips offer boaters both water and electric hookups Boat trailers may be stored in the parking lot immediately before Sunset Island's entrance. There is currently no charge for storage Sunset Island does not permit boat trailers on the island – even in private garages. Security guards have been instructed to direct owners to the aforementioned lot located at the community’s entrance Sunset Island Rentals recommends two water access points for launching boats: Advance Marina (walking distance from Sunset Island's entrance) or the public ramp (87th Street) The Marina next to Sunset Island launches boats with a forklift. Great place to stay no matter what the occasion

I put together a golf trip every fall in Ocean City. I have been looking for places that would be suitable for 20+ guys for the trip and this was without a doubt the perfect one. There was so much space for us to spread out and all the amenities that you would need for any type of vacation. I would highly recommend the Sunset Island Resort and especially this house for any vacationer at any time of the year. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thanks Kellie.

If your looking for the Golf Outing for the Guys our location with resort amenities and plenty of off the course things to do is it! Take in the fitness center, indoor pool, foosball table, or dart board then relax on one of 4 porches with a Margarita from our Machine.

I cannot say enough about this fabulous vacation rental! We traveled with seniors, 30s, and a toddler -- and everyonehad a great time! The rental ad is spot-on in it's description, and the location couldn't be better... conveniently in the center of the resort and close to everything. We only left the resort a few times during our 1 week stay to visit other activities in the area -- there was plenty to do right on Sunset Island.

Also - the owners were fantastic about getting back to me with questions, etc. as quickly as possible. We had a question upon arrival; I left a message on thier cell, and within a few minutes had received a call back. We really appreciated the owners taking the time to make sure our vacation was everything we dreamed.

I could easily have stayed for 2 weeks; and will never forget the gorgeous sunsets, right on the bay, we saw during our nightly walks. Bottom line - book your vacation; everything about this rental and vacation spot is just awesome!

We had a great time staying with the whole family of 11. Plenty of space to spread out, but still very cozy and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, and was very clean. The location was perfect to get in and out of the city but still reach the boardwalk and all of the other things OC has to offer very easily. We can't wait to go back.

I was very pleased with my decision to rent this property. The home was very clean and well decorated. All the appliances were in working condition and they had everything you could need during a vacation. The rooms were very spacious and the furniture was extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to rent this property again from this very pleasant and easy to work with owner.
