This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation haven to escape to with your friends and family or for a private romantic getaway. Tucked away in a gated community adjacent to the Pointe South Mountain Resort, you will have access to 4 pools with hot tubs. Just a 5 minute walk from the front door are miles of hiking and biking trails into the beautiful South Mountain Park. Also very close by is the Phantom Horse Golf Course with its great views of the mountains. Just down the road is horseback riding and lots of wonderful restaurants to enjoy. The Phoenix airport is only 10 minutes away and places like Sedona and the Grand Canyon are just a scenic drive away. This cozy condo has all new stainless steel appliances, new furniture and a comfy, oversized king sized bed. So pack your toothbrush because that's all you will need to have a wonderful time!

We are located in the middle of Arizona so it's easy access to some great places! Day trips can be made to beautiful Sedona, historic Tombstone, the cool pines of Flagstaff, sunny Tucson and don't forget the magnificent Grand Canyon. Locally, the Phoenix Zoo is a nice place to take the family, and the Desert Botanical Garden is a must see. Five minutes away is golfing at the Phantom Horse Golf Course and horseback riding. Just ten minutes away is Fiddlesticks, a family fun park with miniature golf, go karts, batting cages and a driving range. Come see what Arizona has to offer!

A little more information about this great condo: This cozy condo has two stories with the kitchen, 1 bathroom, dinning and living room downstairs. The two bedrooms are upstairs with the full bathroom. It has covered parking and a private patio. It is in a resort style community which is individually owned and is not associated with the resort.

Resort area: Within the resort property there is the Phantom Horse Golf Course and horseback riding. This condo is so close to everything including the beautiful South Mountain Park with all of its hiking and biking trails. There are 4 pools to check out and enjoy, or just stay in and catch a game or movie on the big flat screen TV. Whatever your pleasure, I'm sure you will find it here at your 'Home away from Home'.

Excellent layout and location to any area of Phoenix. Great restaurants and some shopping close by. Easy transaction with questions answered quickly about any issue. It would be good for a golf outing, or any other short term stay.

Great Place, Excellent Value for the Price

My family and I rented this condo for one week. The condo is part of a gated community. The condos are very close to each other in this community but it is a beautiful community with many trees. The condo was furnished well with new furniture and tastefully decorated. And the view from the patio (and livingroom window, and master bedroom window) really does look out onto horses going by and makes this condo feel less constricted than other condos in the area. The owner left a basket of goodies for us and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The owner, Karla, is easy to deal with, and also gave many suggestions for places to see. Also, there is a binder in the condo which contains info on places to see, and instructions for the property.
It is a wonderful, wonderful property and I would encourage anyone to rent it.
