Our Lake Tahoe Home is newly renovated and furnished. The Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and hardwood flooring in the kitchen, dining and living room areas. In the morning, you could enjoy your coffee on the large upper deck while taking in the fresh air and beautiful mountain views. At night, you could relax in the new hot tub located on the lower deck. The living room has a gas fireplace, a flat screen HDTV with HBO and DirecTV, stereo system, DVD/VCR, i-pod docking station all connected to a Bose surround sound system. The downstairs family room has a gas fireplace, 36 inch TV, DVD/VCR, and nintendo Wii all connected to a Bose surround sound system. The Master Bedroom has a TV, stereo, DVD/VCR, Computer, Printer and Fax. All the other Bedrooms also have TV's and VCR's. The loft is located above the kitchen and has a full size futon.The house is WIFI enabled.

Notes: On the lower deck, there is a new 8 person Marquis hot tub that overlooks the mountains and is protected from the rain and snow. The upper deck, has outdoor furniture (depending on the season) and a gas BBQ grill, that is located off of the living room area. The house has a two car garage and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The Master bedroom is equipped with a computer, printer and fax. The house is fully connected to the internet with both WIFI and wired connections. The 2nd phone line is ready for your vontage device, should you decide to bring it on your vacation, and never miss a call. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious dinner, calphalon pots, baking and roasting pans, Kitchen Aid blender, Krups coffee/espresso maker, ice maker, and toaster. Linens, bath and beach towels are provided along with beach chairs.

The perfect place-

My husband and I, along with another couple used this property for our ski vacation this past January. The home was exceptional. We have stayed at rental properties in the past and found this one to be over the top. The owners were great to work with and did not miss a detail. They called us the day of arrival to make sure we got in ok and everything was up to par. Many extras such as a Wii, surround sound, internet and dish were included. The house was private, romantic and cozy for the four of us, yet spacious for families. There was nothing more relaxing than taking in the "tahoe" experience by sitting outside in the hot tub with snow falling all around. We loved the stay and will rent again. Thanks!

The Best of Tahoe

My family used this property for a ski vacation, and the home could not have been more perfect. The view from the decks are fantastic and the location gets you away from the noise of the city, but you are only ten minutes from South Lake Tahoe. The owners of this property were wonderful to work with, and they have included a lot of extras, such as a Wii and surround sound, to make your stay even more enjoyable. The hot tub on the lower deck is also a great feature. I could go on and on about the features of this is property, but I will end by saying you will love your stay at this quality Lake Tahoe home.

A Million Dollar View

Our family just returned from a long weekend at this property in South Lake Tahoe. The owners have totally re-done this property and what lovely taste. There were two families enjoying the weekend and the set-up was perfect. With 2 bedrooms, spacious game/family room and bath downstairs and a master living/diningroom etc upstairs. We were able to put the kids to bed downstairs and the grownups enjoyed the evening and the view upstairs.
The owners didn't miss a trick with the latest technology; surround sound, dish, internet,fax and Wii for the kids.They even called to make sure everything was up to our standards. But that was nothing compared to the breathtaking view from the double deck that stretched the length of the home. Spacious for a family; private and quiet for romantic getaway as well. We loved it and will rent again.
