Notes: This fourth floor unit has two bedrooms, a bath and a half and a wonderful view of the bay. One bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen bed. There is also a queen sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a microwave. There are two cable televisions, a stereo, VCR and DVD player. There is a free washer and dryer in the unit. Naturally it is air-conditioned. The Moon Bay complex has an elevator and the unit comes with a reserved covered parking space and a 30' boat dock, if needed. Because we stay there as well, we try to add some things we would want in a vacation rental including laundry soap, dryer sheets, paper towels, soft toilet paper, tissue, dishwasher soap, dish soap, soap, shampoo and conditioner and general cleaning products. We just finished doing a lot of updating to the unit over the last month -- new fridge, stove, bedding and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Please contact us for our web site address.
