It is conveniently situated in Davenport on US27 south, just off the US 192, only 15 minutes away from Disney and other major attractions. Tuscan Hills community has its own luxurious Clubhouse with gym facilities, game room, internet room, lounge area & cable TV, a tennis court, sand volleyball court and a children's play area. Local amenities can be found on US 27 & US 192. There are banks, patrol stations, restaurants, diners, bars, takeaways, Wal-Mart Superstore, Publix Supermarket, shops & lot more.
