House Rental: 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6 in Biddeford

The location of this property offered a wonderful view of Basket Island and the popular sandbar walk..
Beach in front of property good and especially free of stones/rocks to make water more enjoyable than other locations.
Path could have been cleared of brambles etc. and one bush cut back to open view from deck.

Property was immaculately presented which was a plus.
Though property was described to sleep 6 which it did, it did not provide comfortable seating for 6 adults ie cushioned furniture for six adults.

Wish list: a table to dine or small side tables on the deck would be a welcome addition because the deck was used from morning (sunrise) to night (sunset) for meals/snacks.
We were a party of four adults and enjoyed guests for dinner etc.
We would recommend this propterty to friends and also consider renting it again. (Bedroom downstairs was a ???)
May be worth mentioning to prospective renters that two bedrooms are on main floor, one which is a double -bedded room and the other on that same level is twin-bedded, leaving the basement bedroom with the other double-bed
We have rented on this street many times over the past 15 years and are familiar with attractions and restaurants.

Potential improvements: enclosure around outdoor shower, Internet access)
