Oceanside Family Rental Property is located in Surf City on Long Beach Island, NJ. Two story duplex. This property is literally steps to the newly expanded beach. 3RD OFF THE BEACH no streets to cross. Long Beach Island has many attractions and things to do for kids of all ages as well as plenty of relaxation on uncrowded beaches for adults. There are many restaurants within CLOSE walking distance to this home as well as an internet cafe, gift shops, pharmacy, deli, and bike rentals. There are countless boating and fishing facilities, crabbing, skiing, parasailing. Amusement park for the kids and many New York style restaurants. There are golf courses withing 10-25 minutes and Atlantic City is a little over 30 minutes away down the parkway. There are public tennis courts and plenty of places to ride bikes. Explore the lighthouse and inlet in Barnegat or just fish off the jetty. Also there is a calender of public community events along the coast through the summer. Come and ENJOY!

Great vacation!

I was searching for a vacation home on LBI for quite awhile on my computer & by going down to LBI & meeting with realtors. One of my searches put me onto VRBO where I found the above mentioned home. What luck. My daughter, 10 month old grandson and I went for a week in August. It was fabulous. The house is lovely, clean & well maintained. What you see in the listing is exactly what you get & the owners were a pleasure to work with. The location is great. We could walk to the market, restaurants & basically for anything we needed. Being so close to the beach was a big plus because with the baby we were back & forth. The beach in Surf City was also great. If I return to LBI for vacation in the upcoming year I am looking forward to renting at this location again.

we stayed 8/29-9/7/09 and it was wonderful. i got spoiled doing my yoga on the front deck looking at the ocean! my kids loved how close we were to the beach - very family friendly overall. We'll be back!

Great Week Stay in LBI

Our family enjoyed a great week at this beach house in Surf City, NJ. The house is very well maintained, airy and beach-friendly. The owners were very accomodating and are nice people to work with. The location of the house was perfect-three houses away from the beach! We definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a wonderful stay down in LBI!
