Photos and Description of this Key West holiday house 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 6-8

Well maintained recently renovated (2005) luxury home with heated pool in very private yard. This charming home was built in 1918 so it has historical charm with high wood ceilings and Cuban tile accents on the front porch and in a guest bath, yet it has all the amenities of a modern high-tech home: Smart Box technology and audio speakers in each room, and outside on the lanai; top of the line stainless appliances and Bosch washer/dryer. All bedrooms have access to the outside through patio doors; one opening on to it's own deck, and the master and second guest room opening to the back deck and pool. Floors are terrazzo with the exception of the master bedroom which is hardwood. All bathrooms are tile. The kitchen is a cook's dream with lots of granite and stainless, a five burner cooktop with a Jenn-Air downdraft exhaust and a built in chopping board. This home is in Old Town Key West, just 6 blocks from Duval Street, yet is in a very quiet neighborhood. Off street parking for two.

If you like sunshine, lovable characters and the best weather on earth,this is the place! Come and enjoy all that Key West has to offer. Oh, and did I mention restaurants? There are the best restaurants here! Our home is one half block away from El Siboney- the Cuban restaurant of all Cuban restaurants!

  • In addition to the three baths there is an outside shower! The master bath has a rain shower and a bench and is large enough for two. The bathroom for bedroom #2 has original Cuban tile inlay on the floor and includes the washer/dryer.

This house truly is paradise in Key West! We loved the very private master suite, the gourmet equipped kitchen, the lush landscaping and the large, secluded pool. With the bikes that were included we were able to ride everywhere we wanted to go. The house and pool were extremely clean upon our arrival. The owner is very friendly and it was a pleasure communicating with him about his house. We hope to return in the future.

This house is absolutely beautiful!!! Pictures do not do it justice! Perfect location - walking distance to Duval St., restaurants, drug stores., churches, etc. Quiet neighborhood in Old Towm Key West. Every amenity thinkable provided in this home including top of the line appliances. Accomodates a larger family and/or several couples with privacy for all. Clean and beautifully decorated. Gorgeous pool in yard with cascading fountain feature. Owner very flexible, friendly, and accomodating. Can't wait to come back to this little slice of Paradise!
