  • $2400/week
  • Our Victorian Flat is available by the week or by the month, with a one week minimum (shorter stays may be available -- please inquire). Weekly rate is charged for stays less than 30 days. A cleaning fee of $175 is charged for each two weeks of stay or portion. We require a $500 refundable security deposit with your full payment. All credit card cancellations will incur a $50.00 processing fee.
    A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days in advance of the reservation and then becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Full payment is required by 30 days prior to start of reservation.
    Parking rate is $50/week.

Beautiful place, great location

Our group of three couples recently rented this flat. We really enjoyed our stay here and it is just as it is pictured on line. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have very comfortable beds. The kitchen is gorgeous, modern and well equipped, and our favorite room in the house. There is only seating for 4 in the living room area, but this didn't bother us too much. Deborah the owner was very professional and personable and was a joy to work with. She responded quickly to emails and phone calls prior to our arrival. On the day we arrived she welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The location was perfect once we got our bearings in the city, close to many options for public transportation and very central. We also used the single garage parking located on the property. There is a deck but no furniture or view, and a steep stairway at the entrance. Highly recommend this listing and would rent it again. Thanks Deborah.

Excellent experience

The flat is as beautiful as the pictures show and extremely clean. Centrally located and close to bus stops so we were able to use public transportation to easily get to anything in the downtown area.

Our host was responsive to questions we had regarding the accomodations and made sure we were satisfied. Finally, our security deposit was promptly returned.

We highly reccomend this rental!

Great Location, Beautiful Property

The flat was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and in a very convenient location to everything! I would highly recommend it and will hopefully have a chance to stay at the condo again.

However, we were traveling with a 12 month old and there had been a mis-communication about whether a crib would be available. We thought there would be based on emails back and forth, but when we arrived there wasn't one. After talking with the owner, she did arrange for a crib from the lower flat to be moved to the upper flat which was very much appreciated. We had the impression that small children weren't really intended to be staying in the upper flat although the description says "children welcome". I might recommend that be changed- or maybe just clarify that it's not suitable for small children. Big kids would love it! In the end, it was minor but worth mentioning to others seeking accommodation with small children.

We really did love our stay in this flat! It's beautiful and felt like home away from home!
