Quiet, sunny, beautifully decorated walk up apartment in the residential neighborhood of Forest Hills, NY. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer/Dryer on premises. LR seats 6 people comfortably. Dining table with 2 chairs. Both bedrooms are furnished with Queen sized beds and flat screen TVs with built in DVD player. Large outdoor terrace with seating for 2 and a charcoal grill. Central air/heat. Apartment is across the street from a park/playground. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre. 20 minute train ride will take you into NYC. For the comfort of the next guest we ask that you do not bring your pet or smoke!
