Luxurious country house in Javea with private pool & gardens
This is a unique country house set in semi-rural countryside on the Costa Blanca among the Moscatel vines and orange and almond groves with wonderful views of the majestic Montgo mountain but only five minutes drive from Javea beach and town. The house is decorated with many original interesting features and is beautifully restored to give luxury modern living. There is a glorious 11x6 metre private pool and gardens and the house is in a quiet rural location but is close to all amenities. This is a different kind of holiday in a traditional house in Spanish Finca style that was featured in a Spanish magazine. It has been lovingly restored by the owners to their own high standards. The owners enjoy welcoming families to use the house as their own home. The property is particularly suited to family groups. The two seperate parts of the house give privacy and comfort allowing an unusual degree of flexibility.

Javea is situated in the province of Alicante, midway between the two cities of Valencia and Alicante. Nestling between two capes in a fertile valley of orange and almond groves. Javea, once a small fishing village, is now a cosmopolitan town divided into three areas: The old town with its distinct Spanish flavour features a beautiful Moorish church, a daily indoor market, narrow streets, a natural history museum and many quaint tapas bars and craft shops. Javea port is a busy harbour where fresh fish can be bought daily. Interesting shops and seafood restaurants are also a big attraction. The Arenal Beach area is set in a small bay with shallow clear waters flying the blue flag for safety and cleanliness with numerous bars, restaurants and amusements for children. There is also a nightly arts and crafts market on the beach promenade.

| Notes: | The main house sleeps six in one twin room and two doubles with all rooms en suite. The guest suite is interconnecting downstairs to one double with en suite and one twin and separate shower room. The main house and the self-contained guest suite can only be rented as one from July to September inclusive. The Guest Suite only can be rented from October to June (not the main house). Everything is provided for al fresco dining including a poolside kitchen and barbecue. The owners also invite guests for an authentically cooked complimentary paella supper by the pool. |

Best holiday we ever had. What fabulous accommodation and thank you for all your kindness. You made us feel so welcome and the paella was the best we ever tasted. So nice to have all this privacy while being close to Javea, the beach and all the other towns around. The kids loved the nightlife in Javea so it was great to dump them and know they were safe. Thanks so much for all the information about the area and especially the day trip by train to Valencia that you so kindly organised. What a fabulous city. So enjoyed the local town fiestas. The parades and fireworks were a lasting memory of our holiday.
