Fully equipped kitchen: blender, rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker. Lot is located in a conservation area that offers a private patio area. You are within walking distance to 192 shopping and dining, and only 2.9 miles to I4.

A great place!!

This was my first time ever renting like this, and I had some worries. All my worries were for naught. This was a wonderful place with a great owner who was always there willing to help out when we needed anything (not that we needed much, this place is equipped to the max).

The place is perfect for families who want to have a little privacy while unwinding from the day's activities. Everyone has their own space, and the common areas are perfect for gathering for 'family time'.

I would also thing it would be perfect for a group of friends who are just hanging out. The three bedrooms and bathrooms are isolated from each other, so there's no log jam at the bathrooms in the morning.

The location is top rate. Its far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the 192 corridor to keep things peaceful, but close enough that its only a few minute drive to anywhere.
