This luxury 1 bedroom, fully air conditioned penthouse is situated in a stunning landscape where the desert meets the white sand and turquoise waters of the Sea of Cortez. This totally romantic atmosphere is set in a secluded gated community with tennis courts, adults only Beach club, access to Championship Golf Course - Cabo Real, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The only thing between your perfect view of the sea and sand is your pool, or, perhaps you would prefer the 2 swim up bar pools, one right on the sand. The Condo has marble floors, washer/dryer, 15 ft cathedral ceilings, terrace and a kitchenette. Be lulled to sleep by the rhythm of gently washing waves, and awaken to the crystal clear glorious view of the sea. The 10 room Spa Chakra provides full service spa treatments and the fitness center is fully equipped. There are 2 restaurants and 1 bar in this community as well as a mesquite grill on the beach...all for you.

  • Please inquire regarding longer term rental rates or for last minute specials. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, MC, American Express and personal checks. In order to guarantee reservations, a deposit of one-half (1/2) of the total bill is required within 10 days of original reservation date. Full payment is required twenty-one (21) days prior to your stay, including $65 cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit of $200. There is no admittance without full payment in advance. Cancellations: Reservations canceled 61 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of monies paid minus credit card processing fees. Reservations canceled 31-60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive 1/2 total monies paid (minus credit card processing fee). Reservations canceled less than 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive no refunds; no exceptions.
