You are LESS THAN 1 MILE from Lake Austin, waterfront restaurants, Westenfield Park & Pool, public golf course, groceries & shops. We just finished an extensive remodel and completely furnished this condo focusing on your needs! Have the luxury of a boutique hotel with all the comforts of home. The modern kitchen has new stainless steel appliances & gourmet coffee station. The master bedroom has luxurious California King bed w/ combed cotton sheets, down comforter, firm and feather pillows. The guest bedroom is similarly appointed flexible space. There is HDTV and wireless internet. Some personal touches include a cozy reading nook, book/ movie library and board games in comfortable open living room - dining room. ENJOY!

Notes: There is a pool on site for your enjoyment. The pool is gated and available only to the homeowners and their guests. As you arrive there are extra home keys and a pool key located on a magnetic board in the entry. There are beach towels for your use in the upstairs bathroom linen cabinet. Our pool has half dozen or so lounge chairs as well as a dining table that seats four. There are plastic plates, glasses and margarita glasses in the condo that can be used by the pool. For those of you who want to get out and explore, there is a covered Capitol Metro Bus Stop and University of Texas Shuttle Stop just in front of the condo. A car is helpful during your stay but not necessary if you choose to use Austin's public transportation. We can assist you with transportation schedules to specific locations if interested. There are also several necessities/ amenities in walking distance (1 mile or less): grocery, restaurants, parks, pools, lake and hike and bike trails.

My families came to Austin for my wedding,stayed this condo for 4 nights.
The location is great,very convenient.it's nice area in Austin.
The condo is clean and comfortable.
What I like the most about this vacation home is the house cleaning products-----Seven Generation.
I can see the owner is a very earth friendly person.
I'd like highly recommend this condo !

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our baby and my mother for a week. I went to college in Austin, but it had been 10 years since I had been in the city. It was the perfect location for running around the city and was elegant, clean & cozy for quality family time. I hate to rave about it too much because I want it to be available for our next trip!

Very comfortable and central. Very easy checking in and out and extremely clean and well set up. The kitchen facilities were excellent and there was welcoming snacks and drinks waiting for us.
Austin was a lot of fun for Aussies who had never been to Texas before. What fun we had. Highly recommended as a great alternative to hotels.

We were "first-timers" to Homeaway and what a great experience!! Chereen was wonderful to deal with in the reservation phase and it continued right on to the day we left. All five family members loved it and we will be back soon and often. The neighborhood was wonderful and we were close to everything Austin has to offer...and that's alot of great stuff. We would highly recommend Chereen's property to anyone wanting to stay in Austin for a short or long period of time.

We just returned from our stay at Chereen's condo--it was fantastic! Great central Austin location, very nice homey touches, and check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely rent again and recommend others to check it out! Way better than a hotel!
