Luxury oceanfront condo, newly renovated with extras such as bamboo floors, custom granite counters and tasteful decor provides a comfortable oasis to enjoy your visit to Maui. Condo has direct view of the ocean with stunning sunsets from your lanai. Located at Polynesian Shores, a quiet 52-unit 2-story complex, our upper unit condo is close to the pool and a large ocean deck where you can view whales, dolphins and turtles. The sandy beach in front of the property is a great place for relaxing, exploring tide pools, kayaking, swimming and snorkeling. Surfing for beginners is just to the left of the cove. Ten minutes from Lahaina and five minutes from some of the best beaches, golf, and snorkeling on the island, this beautifully landscaped property is conveniently located, but away from the crowds.

Wonderful Condo

s we watched this beautiful scene one of the whales breached completely out of the water!! An experience of a lifetime!. We swam with the turtles which are right in front of the condo. Our experience with the owners was top rate. They provided immediate communication with booking the condo and also provided a list of many things to do and see nearby. I would recommend this condo highly. We hope to return to Maui in the future and would definately stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: It's always great to come when the whales are here but the turtles are here year round. I'm inspired to go snorkeling right out front today to swim with the turtles.

The good and the not so good!

We just stayed in this very nice condo May 21-28th 2009. It is accurately described and possibly better. Beautiful grounds are immaculately cared for, gorgeous flowers and views. Convenient to Lahaina ( where we wanted to spend much of our time). Nice upgrades in kitchen. Absolutely CLEAN!! Well equipped kitchen, loved the huge granite island and bamboo flooring. Provided lots of towels and beach things. Neighbors friendly but not intrusive. Very nice touch the list of fave things to do. CONS: I didn't care for the loft bedroom though, it was not private and when someone is puttering in the kitchen, watching TV or just talking in the living area, you are disturbed. Also, it was steamy hot up there even with ceiling fan, and floor fan. ( It did cool off a little late at night) but afternoons it was impossible to be up there. All in all a very pretty, well equipped condo with beautiful views and exceptionally clean. We felt it was fairly priced.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I just want to thank you for making your second home available. The condo
provides a very beautiful, affordable space for vacationing in paradise.

You have included everything to make a home away from home. Our friends
could not believe that you could rent a home so complete and up-to-date.
Every convenience one could ask for in a home was there. And, the views from
the unit were spectacular. We could not have asked for more.

My entire family loved this home away from home.
The views are fantastic. The deck by the sea was lots
of fun. The owners were very helpful with any of our

The highlight of our stay in Maui was our stay at the Polynesian Shores Condo. Everything in the condo exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home. The decor was wonderful and the lanai gave us one of the best views on the island. The kitchen was beautiful and was furnished with everything necessary to have a wonderful dining experience. We saw many whales and turtles and really enjoying meeting others on the water front deck. We'll be back again for sure. I'd highly recommend this condo to anyone.
