Excellent location hidden away from the noise when you are ready to relax. This two bedroom/ one bathroom unit has 1- king size bed and 1- double bed. Living room includes a large sofa to accommodate other guests if you wish. Living room/dining room area includes a beautiful brick fireplace, DVD/ CD & iPod Docking Station, a color television, cable service & free wireless internet. The remodeled kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, fixtures, attractive cabinetry and great sky light under a spacious cathedral ceiling. Outdoor patio area w/ grill for entertaining, inexpensive public parking a short 3 minute stroll away!

Great Town! Wonderful Location!

We're frequent Provincetown summer-ers, and love the town. This home is a short 1.5 black walk to beach, steps to the all-important Commercial Street! The home is well maintained, very clean and well equipped with all you'll need for a great stay. Owners are very responsive and kind. We stayed for two weeks and had a lovely time. Although the location is in the center of Provincetown, the home is still very quiet and peaceful. Small back patio is great for grilling and dinners. Beach and streets are both clean. A great “family” destination! Many thanks Jeremy & Michael!

Wonderful retreat in Provincetown

My partner and I needed a last minute getaway. This, by far, was one of the best places we have ever stayed in Provincetown.

We were a bit concerned about staying in the Heart of Town Center; however, this unit is secluded enough down a private alley where you are steps to everything but close when we need those quiet times away. IT’S AN INCREDIBLE LOCATION!

Joe & Alan (the owners) did a great job keeping the old character of the house with many newer updates. They had everything we were looking for to make our stay enjoyable.

The private deck area is wonderful. The owners did a great job creating a private area. Here we enjoyed our breakfast and morning coffee while listening to the birds and faint sounds of Commercial St. under the view of the Pilgrim Monument.

Joe and Alan were extremely pleasant to work with and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Not only do they care for the property (and it shows), they also made sure we enjoyed our stay. We can not say enough good things about the rental and the owners. We will be back again on our next visit to P-town.

Splendid Fall Escape!

This is a sweet, old house, very nicely located in the heart of Provincetown, with just a short walk to the beach. We were there last week for a last minute getaway and enjoyed every minute of it!

We were quite pleased, and appreciated the incredible central location, the cleanliness of the unit, and size of the rooms, the spacious kitchen and the lovely outdoor space. The owners obviously care a great deal for this home, which is very apparent from the way it is furnished and outfitted.

Provincetown consists mainly of older homes, so it is important not to expect "glass and chrome," but rather to appreciate a quaint house that is quiet and comfortable. We cannot say enough good things and would recommend that anyone who wants a quiet, last minute or escape from reality, this is the place to be! You will not be disappointed!

Great Home! Great Landlords! Great Town!

We lucked out! We needed a last minute escape to Provincetown for one week in early September. This Town Center Escape was a dream come true!

Our party comprised 4 adult men. There was something for everyone from the gorgeous beach to the incredible activity of Commercial Street.

Joe & Allen were exceptional landlords making sure that we had what we needed to have a great vacation. Everyone felt very much at home and reveled in the friendly atmosphere in town where coffee and a danish made an excellent breakfast.

Thanks Joe & Allen for letting us stay in your lovely house. We will definitely be in touch with you the next time we come back to Ptown!

We were pleasantly surprised and excited to arrive at the spacious clean Beach House in Provincetown. This place clearly surpassed all of our expectations.

We have vacationed in Provincetown for over 10 years, but this is the first time we rented a house. The open floor plan, two bathrooms and well stocked kitchen made it very comfortable and roomy for the 4 of us, and our poodle, Isabella.

We were steps to the beach and conveniently located in the Center of Provincetown! This made the early morning runs, fishing, swimming, biking and sunset walks, everything we enjoy that much easier. We spent our afternoons and evenings strolling Commercial St., where we had the opportunities to watch some incredible shows, shop some unique stores and eat at some fantastic restaurants. When we were finished, we would sit on the spacious outdoor patio sharing a bottle of wine. This truly was one of our best vacations! We will be back next year.

To top it off, you'll love the landlords! Joe and Alan were easy to talk to and make renting extremely easy! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and were prompt with all communication. Thanks again guys!
