The house sits in a quiet neighborhood with an unobstructed and beautiful view of the Salinja. The house is approximately 1,000 square feet with a kitchen/living room combination, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Features include the following: refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, air conditioning throughout and a security alarm system throughout. Fully equipped kitchen, bath and bed linens, cable TV, washer/dryer. The property has a beautiful built in pool with an outdoor shower and landscaped garden. Surrounding the pool is a paved patio and an adjacent sundeck perfect for viewing the sunset. Fully furnished and available for weekly, monthly or long term rentals.
