Sandpiper House is is the most beautiful pool home, right on the golf course and about 600' from the ocean in the beautiful Ocean Hammock community. Just gorgeous! Club amenities available. This big, beautiful pool home will give you a wonderful beach vacation. The area is just beautiful, the beaches super quiet, and the feel of the home is that of a Four Seasons resort. The pool and spa are in a screened patio, right on the golf course, just off the kitchen, living room and master bedroom of this 4100 square foot home. The kitchen and dining areas are made for entertaining - beautiful sub-zero refrigerator, six burner gas stove (Martha!), pasta faucet, butler's sink, gorgeous gas grill on the pool deck, breakfast bar, huge kitchen table, formal dining room - oh boy, we can't say enough about his house except WOW!!. There's also an executive office with full time computer, dsl, fax, toll free long-distance, where you can close the door and get some work done.

Sandpiper House is in North Flagler County, just south of Marineland. It is a remote and undeveloped part of the beach that is sublimely beautiful and quiet. Most days, you will not see anyone else on the beach! North Flagler County and South St. Johns County are about 1.5 hours from Jacksonville and Orlando - good airports! There are 40 golf courses within 40 miles of this area. It's amazing. The surfing is great and waters range from 64 in the winter to 84 in the summer - good waves most of the time. Good fishing in fresh, brackish and salt water. Temps are moderate with constant breezes from the ICW and the ocean. There are boat slips available at this resort, if you want to boat down.

  • Tax & Housekeeping: All state and county taxes are included in our rates. Limited housekeeping is also included, and requires that you leave your home neat. Full exit cleaning or daily housekeeping is available by arrangement. Please check with the office. Deposits: 50% to reserve, balance 30 days before arrival. Security deposit: $700 Refundable Cash payment in addition to rental fee. Clean House = Full Refund! Payment Policies: Pets are welcome in all of our properties. Pet fees are $125 + tax, per pet. Weddings are welcome too at some homes; additional fees and agreements are appropriate, please call our office for assistance. All major credit cards & checks are accepted. Cancellations: Should your plans change after your deposit or full payment has been made, we will happily reschedule your stay for a mutually convenient time. Please ask for a copy of the rental agreement for a full explanation. We recommend travel insurance from AIG or another reputable source.
  • Arrival/Departure: Check-in at 4:00 P.M. - time to chill the wine and enjoy the beach! Check-out at 11:00 A.M. to make room for our next guests! These times are firm. Late departures will cause an additional day to be charged to your account.
    Holiday Rates: A 25% increase will occur at major holidays and event weeks. Our favorite holidays are Christmas, New Years' Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. Special events in our area include Rolex 24 Hours & Speed Weeks, Daytona 500 & Bike Week. Military Discount 5%
    (This discount may only be used on non-holiday dates of a week or more and is only applicable at the time of reservation.) The Beach Cottages Company regards service to our country as one of greatest sacrifices our young men and women can make. We are happy to do this small part to lessen the burden they bear at this time. Important Note: Our goal is to rent each home by the week. Our rental week consists of 7 nights.

  • Another kitchen office, plus full laundry with Fischer-Paykal equipment, a butler's pantry, extra refrigerator in the garage. It's a smart house, with surround sound throughout the house. The master bedroom on the first floor is sumptuous (help me with another word to describe this!) with a king bed, entertainment center, door to the pool, huge bath with jacuzzi, big glass shower, separate stall, two big sink areas, and a closet that could be another bedroom. It's just amazing. Next to this master, there's a second bedroom suite that can be two twins or a king with beautiful furnishings and it's own full bath. There's also a powder room off the living room that goes out to the pool.

A detailed description of the Home: The pool area has two dining tables, cable TV, the heated pool, the spa, the built in gas grill and a martini bar. All this, while Nautilus pours water from his conch shell into the pool. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms and two baths plus a gorgeous terrace overlooking the pool, spa and golf course. We used a little creative license to make the TV lounge on the north side of the upstairs into a children's room and TV lounge. There is a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top - so comfortable for the children to sleep, watch TV, read or just horse around. There's also two over sized chairs and a big fluffy couch, so the whole family can hang out and watch TV or DVDs on the flat screen TV with surround sound in this room. It does not have a door or a closet, but it's still a great place to sleep three kids and have fun.
