The property has been built to the highest quality and provides decor and furniture of great style. The 6 luxury double bedrooms will easily allow 10 adults & 2 Kids to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom features a luxurious master bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen plus a media room and family room providing 60' plasma TV's. The spacious landscaped backyard features a 35ft heated pool and spa to give you total relaxation. The house is just a 20 minute drive from the famous Las Vegas strip and a 15 minute drive to Downtown. Golfers are only 4 miles from The Aliante Golf Course plus for the skiing enthusiast a 40 minute drive will take you to the slopes of Lee Canyon.

A central island with sink and waste disposal unit. A dishwasher, 5 ring gas stove, double oven, butlers pantry with wine fridge, double door fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, and built in microwave complete this state of the art kitchen. There is also a high chair. • The family lounge area consists of a gas effect fire, corner seating unit for 9 people, coffee table with storage, matching media wall unit, 60 inch plasma TV with DVD player and a central ceiling fan.

This house was great. It had enough room for the six adults and 7 kids that were invited to the wedding. The kids as well as adults loved the crystal clear pool warm pool and hot tub. It has shopping close by to stock up the kitchen with food and there are several malls to go to. The community is very quiet, so it was a very relaxing stay, with the wedding and all. The house is maintained to a high standard and was ready for us when we got there. If you have a big event (such as a wedding), this house helps out a lot with its relaxing atmosphere and pool to keep the children busy. It beat any hotel stay by miles.

This house was outstanding and a great quiet getaway from the hussle and bussle of the strip !! It was all that it said it was going to be.. Our group of 10 people were blown away with all the ammenities and such.. Everyone had thier own space as well as big areas where we all gathered and had a great time. Plenty of shopping near by as well as just a 20 - 30 min drive to the strip for those that wish to have that adventure. And very easy to get around from this location to all the freeways and inerstates.
Thanks for the great stay we all enjoyed it and are maybe planning already for next year!!

A Taste Of Honey

WOW…. The only word I can use to describe our week stay in this fabulous house. Our group comprised of 8 adults, no children. We are part of an adult baseball team that comes to Vegas in the Fall to compete in a week long, grueling and competitive Baseball Tournament. From the moment of our arrival into this spectacular home, all of us players had everything we could possibly want and need as far as individual creature comforts. The Spa, one of the most important features for us, was available and ready, for soothing and relaxing those abused bodies after each game. The Pool, the BBQ grille, the PC Computer & Internet, the Bedrooms, enough space for everybody to stretch out and recoup in. Everything about this home and the grounds was perfect for our personal needs. And of course the Flat Screen TVs for the World Series viewing. To put 8 different personalities under one roof for one week can potentially become a nightmare, but not this week, and certainly not in this home with the amount of space and with all furnishings provided. This baby was tailored made for us guys (and really anybody), and my hat’s off to the owners for their foresight and thoughtfulness. Thank You for the privilege.

No Phone + No Internet = No Good

Hard to imagine but once we got to this house we were told that it had no phone and no internet. We were travelling from New Zealand and needed to keep in touch with home, arrange golf and other activities while in Vegas plus organise the next leg of the trip. Although Lesley and Duncan offered to let me drop in at their private home and use their net. I felt this was not possible so ended up having to purchase a phone and spend lots of poolside time driving to a starbucks to use the net. This obviously has overshadowed the entire experience with this house. Even after being made aware of our dissatisfaction nothing was done to resolve this.
Owner's Response: This guest did NOT HAVE to purchase a cell phone because the house "had no phone", IT HAS A PHONE - he wanted to buy a pre-pay cell phone anyway - we know this because he told us that it was cheaper than using his world phone for calls in the USA, and furthermore we even showed him where the local cell phone store was.
As for the internet connection, the renter was made fully aware that the house was new and the internet connection had not been enabled yet, before he contracted to rent, and anyway, at the time, this vacation property was not listed as having "Internet Availability".
The fact is that the house is fully Cat 5 wired and now has Cox High Speed Internet and even a guest computer, in case future guests don't have their own laptop.
Lastly, this is a vacation home, for people to relax and get away from the daily stress of business - QED.
