Located in the village of Ballston Spa. Walk to restaurants, pubs, coffee house, antique shops. Charming village. 5 minute drive to SPAC, golf, state park, hiking, swimming 10 minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs. Fully Furnished w/ all linens and kitchen essentials just bring yourself. 1st floor master bedroom, laundry room w/washer and dryer. Large kitchen w/hardwood floors. Family room and living room. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. Deck off rear of home w/table and chairs for dining. BBQ grill on deck. Iron, hair dryer.
