It is our home vacation, decorated typical Mexican style, very quiet, ideal for rest, spacious, surrounded by beautiful garden, a lot of plants, coconuts, tropical trees, a lot of birds, woodpecker, parakeet, no stairs, nice view of the golf field, short walk to the beach trough a beautiful tropic forest where you can see small lakes with crocodiles, close to buses and cabs, a semi-private pool 20 meters away. It is our second home, so we ask you to take care of it.

IXTAPA-ZIHUATANEJO is the second prettiest tourist development in Mexico, Zihuatanejo is a typical Mexican fisherman town, a very nice bay. Ixtapa is modern, nice hotels, good restaurants, beautiful beaches, You can find handcraft markets. The villa is located in Ixtapa, besides Ixtapa glof course, 10 minutes walking to the hotel zone, 15 minutes driving or by bus to Zihua.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The price includes cleaning the villa and change of linens once a week.
  • To make a reservation it is necessary to pay 50 % of the total rent. The other 50% one month before the check in.
  • Cancellation: if guest cancels the reservation 60 days or more prior to rental, all money shall be refunded except 2 night deposit ($200). If guest cancel the reservation less than 60 days prior to check in, only 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be refunded.
