Fantastic apartment, excellent location

It was a year ago we stayed in this apartment and at the time of returning home got busy and forgot to post a review. As I was telling someone about how great it was decided better late than never. Stuart was absolutely fabulous giving us lots of hints of what to do and see and when! Coming from Australia and never having been to New York before it was a great help. The apartment is every bit as good as it looks on the net, location was very good we walked nearly everywhere. The layout was excellent, very well fitted out only thing missing was an iron - we bought one and left it for the next person. We intend coming back to the States and wouldn't bother looking elsewhere for accommodation if this apartment was available. Can't praise it and Stuart enough.

The perfect spot in NYC for a romantic getaway!

The place was really nice and very clean. Very romantic too!

Everything is accessible with $10 taxi ride.

The area is perfect, somewhat quiet (for NYC), but still very vibrant! Some restaurants are to die for... Namely the Red Cat on the 10th ave.

Great apartment, great location

We visited NYC in August 2008. We did not know what to expect. The apartment turned out to be very nice. New building, new furniture, well equipped. And it was quiet, amazingly so especially in the city. The location is also very good, one block to subway stop on 7th Ave Line 1 or 5 blocks to Line A, C, E. Penn station is also just 5 blocks. Many restaurants on 7th Ave and on 23rd St. Whole Foods just a few blocks away. Overall a very comfortable place, and we will definitely plan to stay there anytime we visit NYC
