An attractive semi-detached townhouse in a quiet residential area of a luxury holiday development - Dunas Douradas, situated on the Algarve Coast between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The rear entrance to the property leads to a large plunge pool and sunbathing area that attracts the sun all day. Both the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and sliding patio doors opening out to the plunge pool and sunbathing area. There is a balcony outside the lounge and dining rooms with views towards the coast and pine woods and an undercover area for al fresco dining with a table which seats 8. The roof terrace with covered pergola has extensive views of the surrounding area and a glimpse of the sea and is ideal for entertaining or private sunbathing. For those who are more active the Dunas Douradas large communal swimming pool and tennis courts are only 10 minutes walk, with pool bar serving drinks and lunches. The popular facilities of Val do Lobo Tennis Club is two mins walk.

Almancil is approx. 10 mins drive away by car and has a large supermarket selling many English branded products, also an in-house bakery and butchers counters. Quinta Shopping is only 5 mins by car with many 'up-market shops, boutiques, cafe's, restaurants and bars. Banks and a supermarket is also situated there. The famous Val do Lobo 'Praca' is a 5 min drive away or ten minutes walk along the beach. A lively area full with bars and restaurants overlooking the sea with live evening entertainment during the season. There is also a well managed night club for the 'night owls' .The excellent Penguin Club creche and Crazy Golf is available near the Praca.

Coast/Beach: The Villa is a two minute car drive or an easy 8 minute walk from the white sandy beach of Dunas Douradas. There are bars and restaurants open for lunches and evening meals along the lovely stretch of sandy beach. Water sport facilities such as jet ski and water skiing are available, plus sun-bed and parasol hire.

Sporting and Swimming Facilities: For guests staying at the Villa there is a large Roman Style Swimming within easy walking distance behind the Dunas Douradas Reception Area, free use of the swimming pool and sun loungers is included. There is also a children's/toddlers pool in a nice secluded area with sun beds and parasols. Next to the pool area is two flood-lit tennis courts, with coaching available and Kids Club in the summer season. The Villa is highly recommended for tennis lovers because within walking distance is the Vale do Lobo Tennis Club with 14 courts. Tennis academy coaching consisting of 2 hours tennis a day for 5 days and competition's every week. There is a mid-week bar-b-q and karaoke for excellent entertainment, also a swimming pool and gymnasium. Barrington Health Club is only 5 mins in the car or 15 min walk, with it's many sporting facilities, inside and outside pools, jacuzzi, steam room, Beauty Treatments, Golf Driving Range, Glass Back Squash Courts, Gymnasium, and fitness classes.

Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets: Next to the Dunas Douradas Swimming Pool is a Terrace and Pool Bar for drinks, ices, snacks and lunches throughout the day. During the summer season a weekly bar-b-q with live band is held in this area. There is also a top class restaurant , plus a mini-market that is open 7 day a week.

Golf: Golf Discounts are available through the Dunas Douradas Reception on 7 local courses, South and North Course - Quinta do Lago, Pinheiros Altos, Vila Sol, Vilamoura I (Old Course), Vilamoura II (Pinhal), Vilamoura III (Laguna), Millenium, Quinta RIA/CIMA, Benamor, Castro Marim.
