The flat is furnished to a high standard with stylish decoration and amenities. It perfectly suits for a couple or a family with two children. It is located in the sought after area of the 6th district, at a walking distance between the famous restaurant 'La Closerie des Lilas' and a Luxembourg Gardens' entrance, few blocks away from St Germain des Prés. Bus, subway and taxi stations are just nearby. Price includes brand new towels and bed linens together with a weekly change and the entrance cleaning fee.

Children will appreciate playing in the Luxembourg gardens playgrounds, while adults will love the lively area with bars, restaurants and theatres 2 minutes walking from the flat.
