The water quality is unmatched and the lake is large enough to support any of your hobbies including fishing, boating or skiing. This centrally located home provides a much-needed break from the Florida heat, a welcome rest from crowded Atlanta and a convenient point for exploring the Highlands or Asheville, about an hour away. Ski: Snow Skiing is about 1 1/2 hours away at Cattaloochee ski resort, it is a good day trip, we enjoyed it
