  • $500 Per Night if Under 3 Night Minimum; Over 6 person limit $500 Night; Property used for entertaining over 6 persons - $500 Day/Night; Thanksgiving and Christmas - One Week Minimum
    Dog Charge - $25/Week; $250 Dog Cleaning Charge (Refundable if everything the same as when you occupied Home -- No stains, chewing, burns, breakage, etc). Extended Stays: 3 to 6 month stays are available.

  • 50% Payment Confirms Reservation. Payments made in two parts: 1/2 Upon Receipt; 1/2 Thirty (30) days prior to occupancy.

    CANCELLATIONS: 50% of entire stay is charged to credit card upon receipt of booking and is non-refundable when canceling up to 30 days or more prior to occupancy; 100% is non-refundable within 30 days of occupancy. If booking 30 days or less of occupancy; full payment is required and 100% non-refundable.

Great Kitchen, Pool and Backyard!

We had a wonderful visit to Burbank. This house served as the "homebase" for a long overdue family reunion. It was just what we needed. The pool was great for small kids that knew how to doggy paddle around the edges (3.5' deep areas), and even provided a small arena for friendly "chicken fights" that the older kids could play with the littler kids (5.5' deep area). There was even a hot tub connected to the pool that made a great "safehouse" for a game of zombie.

The kitchen has very nice granite countertops, and enough space to prepare food for the large extended family. The very large charcoal BBQ also worked marvelously! Even though it was 90+ degrees in the afternoon while we were there in July. The backyard patio cooled down wonderfully in the evening to make a very comfortable dining area.

The bathrooms were luxuriously decorated with more granite/tile and new fixtures. We never got around to moving the party into the huge master bathroom shower, but we think we could have fit all the kids in there!

Burbank made a very convenient city for visitors to LA. Costco was also a very close drive away.

The owners were very friendly, helpful, and considerate especially with regards to our visiting family. The kids loved the friendly and docile Ears. If you visit, be sure to ask Ears to sing for you.

Well Maintained, Perfect for Barbecue for 24!

My family stayed at this Burbank 3/2 house and I must say that the photos don't do it justice. For one, the living spaces are much more spacious than they appear on this site. Also, the master bathroom is Spectacular. Huge steam room and spa. Finally, the outdoors space was easily enough to fit our extended family of over 24 guests for a barbeque. My only complaint would be that the pool is a little small. Not good for exercise at all, but 8-10 kids can splash around and have fun all day (5' at its deepest).
