This is one of only two penthouses in this exclusive 10 unit condo building. Ideally located on a cliff, it has a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and mountains in the distance. Having the best of both worlds, it is on a quiet residential street but only a 5 minute walk to the center of town and public beach. The elegant buiiding, La Puntilla de Rosa, was built in 2004 and boasts one of the best views in Sosua.
