I rented this apartment for my friends, two couples with two teenage girls. They loved it! It's great location, right in the middle of everything, steps from Union Square and subway. The apartment has everything you need to feel yourself at home. I only wouldn't recommend it for older people or those having problems with stairs, since it's 5th floor in a no-elevator building.
