A bunch of friends and I landed on this place just looking at the pictures and prices on the website. Amazingly though, the place looks exactly like the pictures and the owners do not try to mislead you at all!! This place really is just as awesome as it looks and MORE!!!

This place is perfect for EVERYONE! It's located really close to the beach where you can go surf. Pat and Alfonso go out of their way to be helpful as well! They were truly great hosts.

The place also includes high speed internet which is one of those little things that make you appreciate the place all the more!

Everything in this house...from the bathrooms to the kitchen was just fantastic! Not a single thing was out of place. The owners were even kind enough to stock our fridges with some goodies :D

This is THE SPOT to stay whenever you go visit Tortola!

A common Australian phrase meaning relaxed attitude and a good time for all, "no worries" sums up the Guava Road experience. Ultra clean, modern, and no hassel accommodations steps away from one of the best surfing beaches in the Carribbean. Pat and Alphonso make you feel like family--their warm caring attitude makes for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. If you are seeking peace and privacy with access to great restaurants and beaches, look no further. Can't wait for our return visit.

Our "Island Home"

My wife & I have made Tortola an annual (sometimes bi-annual) trip since 2002. On our second trip down we were introduced to Guava Road and wouldn't stay anywhere else. We do truely feel at home each time we come back. We love the "local feel" of the Little Apple Bay neighborhood and have come to know many of the residents. Guava Road Apartments are clean comfortable accomodations. We love to have the option of cooking our own meals with the full kitchen and gas grills provided although there are many great restaurants near by. Leaving is the only sad expirience, but we leave to come back.
