We are located in the heart of Matunuck on a quiet peninsula.This two bedroom, two bath, two level walk out ranch has a lower level with a kitchen that is perfect for entertaining. Watch the Block Island Ferry and fishing boats cruise by from the large deck or gazebo. Fenced yard, lower level laundry, Outside hot and cold shower after a day at the beach. Great fishing,clamming, swimming, kayaking(included) and boating right out your door in protected waters with DIRECT ocean access! Town beach pass included. Short walk to village grocer, coffee shop, ice cream parlor and beach pubs. South County features many places to visit all within a short drive. Ride the carousel in historic Watch Hill, visit the mansions of Newport and the cliff walk or take the ferry to Block Island. You can also drive approximately 45 minutes and visit Mystic village, Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun casinos or Providence. Or just stay home, relax, watch gorgeous sunrises, bird watch, feed the ducks from your private dock.
