Large home, close to the beach, new, clean, and an amazing shower in the master bathroom with 4 shower heads. Nice ocean view from the deck. The only item I found lacking was a BBQ.

Beautiful Beach Home

This is a beautiful modern beach home with many upscale amenities and a great view. We loved the location and liked the combination of a more quaint downtown but also near larger shopping options (Whole Foods, Borders, etc). Well stocked with beach accessaries, kitchenware and goods, and a lot of attention to detail. Only note was that the third bedroom is alone on the lowest level-my kids (teen and pre-teen) thought it was a little isolated. Management company is very professional and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this rental.

Nice, clean home away from home

This house was a wonderful place to stay. Our family of four was very comfortable in this very modern home. We found the place to be very clean and easy to use. Although, if you like to do some cooking and eat in, the amenities are lacking. A few more additons would be helpful such as serving dishes and serving utensils. The location was nice enough and we had a constant view of the water and beach. Overall, I would recommend this home.
Owner's Response: Thank you for letting us know that a few items went missing. Sometimes the inventory is not reviewed before each guest stay due to the high turnover. Be rest assured that everything has been replaced!
