I just returned from Siesta Key and I visited this property. It is very spacious and clean and very close to the beach. I found Brian to be vey gracious,accomadating and honest. Any one that wants to rent in Siesta Key don't hesitate to check this one out.It is a great deal.
Owner's Response: It's nice to know, that people enjoy this house, as much as I do. One day I hope to live there !! Meantime it's a pleasure and reward in itself, to know ,that in these harsh times, we can bring some much needed respite...

Sun 'n Fun Beach house

Our family stayed for a week in the summer. House was cool, with private pool, a short walk to the beach, and the price was right! The owner Brian was great to work with, and checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Looking forward to our next vacation at the Beach House!

Perfect Family Vacation

We visited Siesta Key Beach House June 21-28, 2008 and were very pleased with our stay. It was an extended family vacation, with in-laws and their younger children, along with my family of 4. We had more than enough space! It was nicely decorated and very comfy. The location was great, very close to the beach and to grocery stores etc. The pool was nice and private, and refreshing after being at the beach all day. My 3 year old loved it! I was surprised by how many extras came with the house. My only complaint was the sulfur smell on the beach, although it wasn't overwhelming. Rainwater runoff on the beach may be the cause of the smell, but as I said, it wasn't that bad. I would gladly reccomend this rental, and would be happy to stay there again.
Also, we used the attached apartment and it is super nice!!
