Nice rental - Modern but needed TLC

Apartment has a decent location and easy to find. We had to walk much farther than we expected, but that was okay. The apt itself could use a bit more attention. It looks very clean and modern in the pictures, but we found many things didn't work well (some lights, shower, oven hood, etc). Nice view, but it was more of a beach house than a classy apartment IMO.
The owner communicated with us very well and the price was good.
